What is your
Carriage/Delivery Policy?

We will generally use Royal Mail for orders under 2 kilos and carriers for orders over 2 kilos in weight. Should an item be especially urgent then we can send by signed services that can incur additional costs. International shipping charges will be indicated at the check-out page dependent upon the country selected. With shipping rates fluctuating on occasion we may need to ask for more shipping in order to complete your order. We will inform you and give you the option to continue with your order or request a refund.

Please note that PO Box numbers are not accepted by carriers and in the event that you wish to use one, please contact us and we will try for a satisfactory solution.

You are responsible for any customs, duties or taxes imposed by your country. Bonwells Leather Emporium will not issue refunds where you did not receive your order because you failed to pay customs, duties or taxes imposed by your country.

What is your return policy?

Returns: 

We gladly accept Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations under the following criteria.

  • ​You contact us within: 14 days of delivery

  • Post the item/s back to us within: 30 days of delivery

  • Request a Cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase

Returns, Exchanges and Cancellation Details.

  • ​Returns - Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item/s. We can only refund the price of the item, shipping costs are non-refundable and you are responsible to pay the return shipping. All items must be returned in 'New' condition. However we cannot accept returns on Custom Items.

  • Exchanges - You can exchange an item/s for another size or colour. Shipping costs are non-refundable and you are responsible to pay the return shipping. All items must be returned in 'New' condition. However we cannot accept exchanges on Custom Items. 

  • Cancellations - You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, if we haven't shipped or started work on your item/s.

Do you offer gift cards?

At this current time we unfortunately do not offer gift cards but will hopefully add this in the near future.

Do you offer Custom Items or Repair Leather Items?
